DMK Engineering have a current workforce of over 60 full time employees with a vast range of jobs including but not limited to: Boilermakers, Project Management, Fitters/Turners, Administration, Design and Drafting, Trades Assistants and Apprentices.
At DMK Engineering, we are uncompromising in our commitment to our employees which is why in 2020 we took a pro-active approach and engaged an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide access to a free, confidential counselling service to ensure our employees are supported when dealing with personal, family and/or work related concerns that may impact their wellbeing, health and safety.
